Memberships

A membership allows members to access the facility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year* with the use of a private key card.
One of the greatest advantages of having a membership with Core Fitness is that you will not be treated as just another number. We are a smaller facility and only employ those who are educated, experienced and knowledgeable in the areas of health and wellness. This is important because we are able to help you achieve your goals and answer any questions you may have, regardless of whether you are a training client or not. We are here to help everyone achieve the goals they set for themselves and will do whatever we can to assist you in that quest. You will not be overlooked.

Personal Training

One-on-one training is a great way to get motivated and begin a fitness program you can follow for life! Our programs begin with a comprehensive evaluation to assess your fitness needs and design a program to improve flexibility, and correct problems such as limited range of motion and muscular imbalances.

Private sessions are the best way to begin training. They provide individual attention, in a safe environment, which help the beginner learn correct form and develop a basic program without injury. Not only do we help design an exercise program for you, but we make it fun too! Who wants to train if they don’t enjoy the exercises (or their trainer)? We understand and can tailor a program with your likes and dislikes in mind.

Nutritional Coaching

I have always been a heavy set teen but with the help of CORE I will soon be as lean and sexy as the people I see in the magazines. When I first met Matt he showed up on my door step as a pizza delivery guy and tricked me with a salad on the MTV Show Made.

Soon after he did a complete 180 with my diet and showed me that you can eat healthy and still have great tasting food.

I went from donuts and Oreo’s to low fat dressings and carrot sticks, from a lazy teen to an active triathlete. It wasn’t easy and I fought him every step of the way but we got through it together. Personal Fitness Coach/ Owner

Ron Kenley is a 1997 graduate of Wilberforce University with a bachelors degree in Mass Communications and also studied Exercise Science at Heritage College. Before becoming owner of Core Fitness Studio; Ron was a personal trainer at a private gym in Gahanna.

Ron has been involved in sports and weight training for a large portion of his life and was a high school and college basketball standout. Ron became passionate about personal training after training friends and seeing the impact he made in their lives and helping them live a healthier lifestyle. Ron is always looking for ways to improve as a trainer and takes pride in challenging his clients as well as introducing new and exciting exercises.
